Gippy Grewal shared the trailer of his upcoming movie ‘Paani ch Madhaani’ today and fans are appreciating it a lot on Youtube. The first look shows a vintage era and a local Punjabi musical band which is struggling to gain fame and money.
To elaborate it more, the trailer opens up in a 80’s era with Gippy Grewal as Gulli, who is the lead singer of a local band somewhere in Punjab and wins a lottery ticket. Family and friends are quite excited about the win but on the other hand, their musical group doesn’t seem to attract much earning and popularity among their listeners, so they decide to expand the band and while auditioning female singers, they finally meet Neeru Bajwa who becomes the lead female singer of their band. The business uplifts and they are invited overseas to perform. We can see various England locations, meanwhile their performances in different parties or functions.
Suddenly making the story more interesting, there comes a twist. Gippy Grewal receives a phone call back from home asking about the winning lottery ticket, which he recalls is misplaced while helping a beggar. Then, further with all twists and turns with funny adventures, how if they find the beggar and recover the lottery ticket or not, we will get to see all about it when the movie will be released on this Diwali.
Other than Gippy Grewal and Neeru Bajwa, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Karamjit Anmol, Harby Sangha, Iftikhar Thakur, Gurpreet Bhangu, Rupinder Rupi, Sukhi Chahal, Honey Mattu are the main characters in the movie, which is no doubt an excellent cast and seems to be a great ride of comedy with drama tale for a different experience of entertainment.
Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, who has a well established portfolio, also he is a National Award winner for the feature film ‘Harjeeta’.
