He is money-minded, miser and clever. He hardly spends and keeps befooling people for his own benefit. He sells small properties and invests in share market because one day, he wants to become very big. Meet ‘Mukhtiar Chaddha’, a character played by Punjabi heartthrob Diljit Dosanjh in an upcoming Punjabi film with the same title. This presentation of Eros International saw its trailer launch on Thursday in the city. The cast and crew were present on this occasion.
Produced by Ohri Productions Pvt. Ltd., the film has been directed by Gifty (aka Chetan Parwana) and stars Yashpal Sharma, Oshin Brar, Kiran Juneja, Jaswant and Rathor Khyali. Diljit himself, Gifty and Manoj Sabharwal have penned down the story and screenplay of the film.
Releasing the trailer of the film today, Sunil Lulla, Managing Director, Eros International,
said, “It is our pleasure to be associated with this film which is full of wit and entertainment. Diljit is the real star of the Punjabi film industry and versatility as an actor is overwhelming. Punjab is a big upcoming market and we are looking forward to audience reactions to the trailer”.

Director Gifty has been responsible for many super hit Punjabi songs’ videos. He has worked with many big stars of the industry and is happy with his breakthrough in films.He said, “Diljit is a one man army it seems. He is an amazing human being to work with. We started writing this film and he improvised at every step and the film got better day by day.”
