Sarvann is a movie about re-connecting to your roots : Karaan Guliani

Sarvann is all set to release on 13 January 2017 under the new production house Pebble Pictures produced by Priyanka Chopra, Dr. Madhu Chopra & Deepshikha Deshmukh and co-produced by Siddharth Chopra starring : Amrinder Gill in a never-seen- before avatar, along with Ranjit Bawa and Simi Chahal. The movie is directed by Karaan Guliani and he is super excited about his directorial venture. Amberdeep Singh has penned the story along & Dialogues of movie.

Karaan explains this movie as a coming-of- age tale of a young NRI who returns to India to reconnect to his roots. The young boy lives in Canada and with a fortune stroke of serendipity comes to India and discovers his culture, his roots, and rewires to his mother land only to hold on. Karaan elucidates the journey of the character of Amrinder transforming from a boy to a matured man who realises the importance of holding on to your roots and your identity with pride. Recalling his experience Karaan was thrilled to share that the movie is all about real emotions, he said “I believe in capturing the real emotions of the actors, so my creative inputs always come from the sensitivity of the story.I believe in my actors and bank on their creative skill to bring the real emotions
on celluloid.”

Karaan also shared about his views on working with Pebble Pictures, he said “I thank my stars for the opportunity of working with such a magnificent production house. I had all the creative freedom to paint my vision on the
celluloid canvas. The production team was always supportive and it was an honour to work with such a professional team. Priyanka, Madhu Ma’am and Deepshikha had put in tremendous faith in me and I hope the movie work wonders for all of us.” Recalling an incident Karaan added that “we worked on a very tight schedule and my team was exhausted, the production was supportive enough to give us a day to rest. This is kind of comfort I had working with them. “
