Watch or Not?  In over more than two hours, the film manages to to patch up its hovels and vindicate the negatives quite effortlessly. This movie shows the prayers and circumstances of those living in rural Punjab.

The film is a story of everyone’s family and you will live your own part. It shows all the colors of the 1980’s period with the touch of a cute love story which leads to family drama and takes an emotional turn.

Movie Review :

Star Performances :

Tarsem Jassar picks up a role which suits his personality and plays it to perfection in every frame. It is quite a challenge for an new actor actor to master what isn’t his forte and Jassar is genuinely flawless in this role.

Simi Chahal in role of bubbly village girl is awesome. Her innocent face will force you to be love in her role. Many Takhar’s irresistible enigma is what lures me about her. RDR is Mandy’s ninth film & she has proved herself in ever movie. Radd Da Radio has Tarsem-Mandy, Simi-Nirmal Rishi’s uttering dialogues that are guaranteed to make the audience erupt in appreciative applause.

Harby Sangha, Anita Devgan, Malkit Rauni has given outstanding performances. Jagjeet Sandhu what an fine actor he is, Punjabi cinema  get its another fine actor, long way to go Jagjeet!

Direction, Editing and Screenplay :

The director-duo (Tarnvir Singh Jagpal & Harry Bahtti) strikes a fine balance between humour and emotion in this complete drama story.

Screenplay of the movie is so engaging it will keep you stuck with your seats till end. Jass Grewal’s Story is simple but way of story telling on screen is superb.

Cinematography by Anshul Choubey is a treat to watch.

Music : Music of this music has melody, heart-touching lyrics simply awesome! Background music by Jaidev Kumar has added advantage to movie.

Dialogues of movie will force you to applause from heart. Brilliant!!
