Earthshattering news just hit us , as we got to know that Punjabi singer Sardool Sikander is no more.Born on 15 th January 1961 , Sardool has been in the industry since early 1980’s. He was the son of Tabla player Sagar Mastana.
According to the sources he passed away today at Fortis Hospital Mohali. The man was suffering with Kidney issues since long, his operation went well but he was Covid positive during this time which made his condition worse.
He is known for his imperative contribution to Punjabi Folk and Pop Music. His album Husna De Malko sold over 5.1 million copies worldwide in the year 1991.
Sadly, it’s the biggest loss of the industry. The man has left behind his wife Amar Noorie and his two sons Alaap and Sarang Sikander.
