Aayat Shaikh, an actor, social activist and a celebrity anchor will soon be seen in the lead role of an upcoming Punjabi film āTargetā,releasing this year, which is being directed by Rakesh Kumar. This movie will also feature Babbar Gill,Jasdev Maan, Amit Antil, Harinder Sohal,Ranveer Dhillon and Sagar Verma.

Aayat started her anchoring career in 2017 and till date,she has hosted more than 150 Bollywood events, musical live shows and cricket matches. She has also interviewed many prominent celebrities including Govinda, Sonu Sood,Suniel Shetty, Ajaz Khan, Mithoon, Urmila Matondkar and a lotĀ more. In the year 2018, she stepped into the acting field with her first music video āKamliā,a musical teenage love story,released by Pocket Films. Further, she did a lot of music videos for labels like T-series, Zee Music and many more. The songs which got her fame are āMain Thoda Tum Zaraā, āTere Sangā and āTanha Jab Bhiā. She was recently seen in Jonita Gandhiās music video released by Zee Music.
She has also done many ramp shows, print & catalogue shoots. Aayat has also won an award in modelling from Rudransh Studios.
Also, Aayat Shaikh has just finished shooting for a web series,Ā āSecret Santaā,directed by Pratyush Upadhyay and is now all set to step into the Punjabi film industry with her debut film āTargetā.
