With quite a few pilots for hosting LIVE online concerts titles ‘WynkConcert’ on Wynk Music app from Airtel is gaining its followers. In the recent few online concerts over the last couple of months have seen singers like Dhvani Bhanushali, Lisa Mishra, Tulsi Kumar, Asees Kaur, Arman Malik, Akasa etc. bringing entertainment & wonderful songs right from their homes to connect with their fans.
These concerts are conducted in video format wherein Singer performs on camera & this gives an opportunity for the fans to connect with the singers and express themselves with text messages & emojis enlisted on the app. The singers during their interaction with fans do share a lot of interesting facts and info about them that brings the listeners more close & familiar with the singers.
The move is aimed at expanding the adoption of streaming platforms and comes at a time when the coronavirus pandemic triggered movement restrictions, and social distancing norms are prompting performing artists to explore live streaming and virtual concerts.
WynkConcert goes live every Friday at 6:00 PM on Wynk Music app & over the next 2 Fridays, the singers, Hardeep Grewal on 31st July & Akull on 7th August shall be bringing entertainment to the listeners and also an opportunity to know more about the singers for the listeners.
