In India, the much-awaited Punjabi movie “Rose Rosy Te Gulab” has been rescheduled. Lead actor Gurnam Bhullar revealed the details of the same in a video. Karamjit Anmol, who plays a significant role in the movie and is running for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, is the cause of the delay in India. In order to protect the integrity of the election and prevent any possible violations of the electoral code, the film’s release in India has been delayed.

In his video, Gurnam Bhullar made it apparent that the Election Commission and Censor Board oppose the film’s release prior to the June 1, 2024, Punjabi elections. With this video, he also made it very apparent that he was not endorsing any political party. 

Rose Rosy Te Gulab’s entire cast has been on a massive promotional tour for the movie. Now that the new release date has been announced, they must get together and bring the same enthusiasm.  The good news is that, even with the postponement in India, viewers around the world can still anticipate seeing the movie on May 24, 2024.
