In order to protect the integrity of the election and prevent any possible violations of the electoral code, the film’s release in India has been delayed.
In his video, Gurnam Bhullar made it apparent that the Election Commission and Censor Board oppose the film’s release prior to the June 1, 2024, Punjabi elections. With this video, he also made it very apparent that he was not endorsing any political party.
