Watch or Not? In over more than two hours, the film manages to to patch up its hovels and vindicate the negatives quite effortlessly. Goes without saying that Gippy quite succeeds in sending us home with many heartfelt feelings and an extensively enjoyable onscreen time.

Synopsis : Ardaas Karaan (I Pray) delves on the importance of instilling family values and spiritual awareness among the younger generation. The film revolves around the lives of three elderly men who have to deal with the changing times and certain conflicts among their family members, and features Gippy Grewal, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Japji Khaira and Sapna Pabbi in central roles.

Movie Review :

Star Performances :
Gippy Grewal picks up a role perhaps quite different from what he seems to be and plays it to perfection in every frame.

Gurpreet Ghuggi, plays the role of cancer suffering guy in movie. He is master of acting in every role,  Gurpreet is genuinely flawless in this role too.

Sapna Pabbi’s irresistible enigma is what lures me about her. She makes even the nagging Trisha endearing and only an actress of her caliber can bring so many hues to a character which has the maximum risk of getting termed as caricature.Hoping we shall see her in upcoming movies too.

Yograj Singh, Japji khaira, Seema Kausal, Mehar Vij, Manpreet Rayat has given outstanding performances. Babbal Rai & Raghvir Boli alos has done good job in short roles.

Trio (Sardar Sohi, Rana Jung bahadur & Malkit Rauni) at their life best role till date in this movie. They have lived their on screen roles, Their roles will be remembered by generations to come in punjabi cinema.

Debutant Seerat Rana looks so real in muslim girl character, Shinda what a cute little guy he is, he looks so attractive on screen, specially his scenes with his grandfather (Malkit Rauni) will bring tears in your eyes.

Direction, Editing and Screenplay :
The director (Gippy Grewal) strikes a fine balance between humour and emotion in this life changing story. He manages to have us rolling with laughter & as well as connect with emotions. Thankfully for him, the film’s magical casting worked out in his favor or it could have turned its wind towards being shallow.

Screenplay of the movie is so engaging it will keep you stuck with your seats till end.Hatt`s off toRana Ranbir  for Such a brilliant script, engaging script & Dialogues.

Cinematography by Baljit Singh Deo is a treat to watch. he has captured the beauty of British Columbia in an excellent way.

Music : Jatinder Shah has given melodies music in movie as well as background music by him has added advantage to movie.

The Last Word
I never feel the need to justify my ratings and reviews but this time I feel I owe to this film and my readers. Frankly, I love the the film. It was gripping and taut, though unoriginal, I thought it was magnificently done. Performances by all actors manage to hold you through tight and still.Every aspect of movie Direction, Action, Screenplay, Music & Dialogues are treat to watch.Go & enjoy this masterpiece with your family & friends.

Team Humble Motion Pictures, Omjeestar Studios should be given credit, by their countless efforts, this movie is the biggest release in overseas & one of the biggest in india.
