It’s been months since the Farmer Protest has been going on. The government has turned a deaf ear to its people. But during this time what caught the attention of the nation was when Punjabi artists stood up for their people and became a part of the protest. Many reached the protest site and supported them while others helped by creating awareness through social media. Such support was never seen by any industry at any given point in time. Also, the situation was twisted by the media where they called names to the protesting farmers.But seems like everyone is back to business. Punjabi artists are now working for their bread and butter but are also giving interviews to channels that sabotaged the image of the people.
An on going talk show Dil Diyaan Gallan which is being telecasted on Zee Punjabi has various punjabi artists as guests. Ravi Singh from Khasla aid asked a question to these artists as he slammed them for supporting a channel who called their people with names.

The man who has been providing his services at the protest since day 1 seems infuriated at such hypocrisy .
Sonam Bajwa who was earlier been asked why is she doing the show after what Zee media has done to the farmers replied that the contract was signed way before the protest.
on the other side agitation for ammy-sonam’s upcoming movie “puaada” has also started on various social media platforms as Zee studios is associated with this film, people in punjab have anger in their mind for zee group as they have showed the whole farmers protest in negative angle.
