“Jharti Reth” ready to rule the audiences’ hearts

The star cast of the upcoming Hindi short movie “Jharti reth” visited Books n Brews, Sector-16, Chandigarh today for the promotion of their film. Chandigarh is the main platform for the Punjabi film industry and was an obvious destination for the team. The lead actors of movie are  Parminder Gill, playing the role of the mother, Sameer Madaan, playing the role of son(Rajveer)and Akshta Dayal Malhotra, casted opposite Rajveer, along with supremely talented supporting cast which includes G.S. Arora, Ms Rajini  and Gurvinder Gary .

The movie has been helmed by director Aishmeet Arora (team art addicted), who has also written the theme song of the movie along with Harry Gill sung by Shobi Sarwan.  Babbu Arora is the assistant director. The film is produced by Deepak Swami. The technical team includes Raju Gogna (camera man) Bittu Mehra (make up artist), Mani Gill (production controller ), Inder Rattaul (editor), Robby Sandhu and Sukhraj Singh Daleh, are the location sponsors ( gaon bahaavwala, tehsil abohar district fazilka Punjab) 

The movie is to be released online world wide by knock network. The story has an emotional touch, it is about a mother who endures the separation of her son and also shows the horrible treatment which she receives from him. It contains a social message about how the youth is forgetting its responsibilities and values.

Speaking on the occasion Aishmeet Arora, Said, “We made a conscious effort to give the audience a film that is something creatively different. We are lucky to have a supremely talented & dedicated team working on the project. The film will take the audience through a variety of emotions. The entire team, not just the actors put in a lot of effort in making the film and I am sure that the audience will appreciate our work.”
