Karan Aujla wrote, “I didn’t think I needed this but after seeing many posts and messages I just wanted to clarify about an incident in Bakersfield, CA on Sunday. Me and Sherry Manbai as artists were booked to perform for a reception show as requested by our mutual friend. As an artist we never know who is attending or inviting the wedding shows booked for us, that’s why I prefer not to do many wedding shows. It has been brought to my attention that there was a suspicious person behind the videos of me and Sherry Bai. Until I saw the messages on these posts, I had no idea who it could be.
Karan further wrote, “As an artist I focus on my performance and leave the show, I don’t pay attention to every single person because there are so many people around. I would also like to mention, there were a lot of cameras and phones constantly recording and I am usually there. I would never knowingly associate myself with something like that. Please kindly do not involve me in these matters. As an artist we are already going through a lot of things as you know now and it would be a polite request not to complicate things further. Hope this clears up the matter.”
