The Punjabi film industry is excitedly buzzing as the third installment of the beloved comedy franchise, “Mr. & Mrs. 420,” has been officially announced. Titled “Mr. and Mrs. 420 Again (Part 3),” this uproarious comedy promises to tickle our funny bones again.
The journey of the “Mr. & Mrs. 420” series began in 2014, followed by a successful sequel in 2018. Fans fell in love with the quirky characters, witty dialogues, and hilarious situations. Now, director Ksshitij Chaudhary is all set to continue the laughter saga with the third installment.
Originally slated for a 2021 release, the movie faced a delay due to the global pandemic. But fear not! The wait is almost over. “Mr. and Mrs. 420 Again (Part 3)” is scheduled to hit cinemas on June 23, 2023.
Rrupaali Gupta produces the film under the banner of Friday Russh Motion Pictures. Just like its predecessors, the screenplay is penned by ace writer Naresh Kathooria. The ensemble cast includes some of the Punjabi industry’s finest talents: Karamjit Anmol, Jaswinder Bhalla, Binnu Dhillon, Jassie Gill, Gurpreet Ghuggi, and Ranjit Bawa. While the complete star cast is yet to be revealed, fans can rest assured that the magic of the first two parts will be combined with fresh and unique elements in this sequel.
