The major attack of Corona on India has compelled the government to raise the alarm before it gets worst. In a sudden announcement, the government authorities of India has unanimously decided to shut down all the shopping malls, club houses, gym and movie complexes till 31st March. The shut down process will begin tomorrow.
Earlier the percentage of victims having Corono or Covid 19 positive was the least in Punjab as compared to other states. But the recent increase in the positive cases has encouraged Punjab Government to take several steps in order to avoid the further increase of the virus.
The government of Punjab has already shut down all the educational institutes till March 31st. Though educational institutions can postpone their respective schedules, Punjabi cinema might see heavy clashes in future. The release dates of all the Punjabi films has been postponed to April and May which might cause some big clashes to the makers of upcoming films this year.
The recent released films like comical flick Chal Mera Putt 2 has to suffer after the announcement. Though the movie got the huge opening of the year in Punjabi industry the virus has effected the engagement of their audience who would not be able to see it now. Although, they can watch it today! Apart from this, Satinder Sartaj’s Ikko Mikke went unnoticed in it’s first day only.
