The story of this film revolves around two friends who are trying to earn money from them one is married and his daughter is suffering from disease and other side one is in love with a girl but cannot get married as he is not earning much. They both solve their issues with each other’s support. They plan for a Daaka but that idea took which shape is all about the plot of film.

Star Performances :
Gippy Grewal is seen like he is fully into the character, his dialogue delivery was amazing. He is enhancing with each coming film and in this one he has shown several kind of emotions. Zareen Khan is totally complimenting him and their chemistry is again killing. They both have done their characters nicely. Other than both of them, Rana Ranbir is shining in his role who is supporting Gippy Grewal through out the film.
Undoubtedly, he is a good actor and also Hobby Dhaliwal, Baninder Bunny, Mukul Dev and Shehnaaz Gill have played their given characters perfectly. The whole team have set a new level in punjabi cinema.
Direction, Editing and Screenplay :
Baljit Singh Deo have directed this film and as always he has got success in giving another blockbuster. Story was perfectly connected and every scene
was having some meaningful element. His direction skills are surely going to give us more good films. Screenplay is appropriately matched as editing is nicely done which is binding all the shots. Technically this film is strong with good cinematography and background music which entertains the audience. Daaka is another project which has added to Gippy’s bucket.
Music : Phulkari song from this movie is forcing everyone to dance as it is reviving Gippy’s journey because this song is remake of his first song. Gippy Grewal have given voice to the songs and all the songs are enjoyable which includes a romantic track as well as sad number.
