QISMAT, the blockbuster movie of Punjabi industry which was released on 21st September 2018 had broke several records on box office. The film starred Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta on lead and was directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, who’s latest directed was Shadaa. The film revolved around a love story of a couple who were separated by Guggu Gill (Sargun’s Father in the movie). Sargun fall ill after her lover went and caught a disease which took her life in the end. So, the end of the movie showed Sargun’s death and Ammy Virk crying for her.
Hours before by an Instagram post, Ammy Virk shared that the shooting for sequel of the movie is starting soon. It was written as “Yesssssss…..We planned Qismat 2” and Sargun Mehta and director Jagdeep Sidhu were tagged in the post.
The concept of the first part of the movie was taken from the song released in the voice of Ammy Virk starring him and Sargun Mehta in 2017. The song was directed by B Praak.
Though Sarhun Mehta died at the end of the movie, will she be seen again in the sequel? Or the story will continue from the ending only?
