Well…The most talked about movie of our Punjabi Film Industry, “Harjeeta” is released and it is actually well praised and very well made too. Made under the banners of Sizzlen Productions and Malika Productions in association with Omjee Group and Villagers Film studio, whose producers are Nick Bahl, Munish Sahni, Bhushan K. Chopra, Varinder Kumar and Bhagwant Virk, the film stars the renowned singer and actor Ammy Virk who has played the lead in the film and has enacted the character of a young Hockey Player, Harjit Singh Tuli, who made India proud by winning the Junior World Hockey Championship in the year 2016.
And we are not wrong in saying this that the Director Vijay Kumar Arora has actually created a master piece which has been written so well by Jagdeep Sidhu, who has written and knitted every character so well that every scene in the film is so very well connected that one will not be able to turn his/her head thinking that what has happened now, why it has happened now and what will happen after this. All the characters have given their best what was in their vicinity and would like to appreciate few characters like the little Harjeeta, played by Sameep Singh, who has actually nailed it in the movie, looking at his age, he is the one who has helped grow Harjeeta to best next level, then Gurpreet Bhangu who played Harjeeta’s mother whose irritated and pissed off expressions are applaudbale and then Parkash Gadu, the father has done justification to the character narrated to him, then comes Raj Jhinjjer, has done his bit very well, then we will talk about Pankaj Tripathi who has played the coach has done a tremendous job, his expressions, the dialogue delivery everything too good, then comes our lead actress, Sawan Rupowali, has done fairly well and we can say that our Punjabi Film Industry has found another sober actress and last but not the least, our singer actor, Ammy Virk, no words to explain his soberness, his subtleness, his expressions, his dialogue delivery, his emotions and his humble and polite portrayal of the real character.
In total, we would sum up by saying this that’ “Harjeeta” is a masterpiece who has created its own level and this is the kind of movie which we can call the real cinema and which is actually required in our Punjabi Film Industry.
