Movie Review : Teshan is a light situation based drama movie revolves around the relationship of Desi Punjabi Guy Happy Raikoti aka Teshan and Urban Girl Diljott aka Jinni, directed by sukhbir singh (Leather Life Fame) picked a light subject which will give you entertainment. It has emotions, comedy, romance, bonding of realtions.
Star Performances – “Happy Raikoti’ singer turned actor yet has to learn a lot about acting. He has done so many music videos, he knows how to face camera, but to do acting is a different task man! He is good in some scenes, but he has to improve himself if he has to sustain a long in film industry. ‘Diljott’ who is well known for song ‘Patiala Peg’ justifies her role in movie, show looks pretty on screen, acts well. Hoping to see her in more movies in future.
‘Yograj Singh’ his full of life character will touch your heart, what an fine actor he is. Princekanwal jeet will also entertain you with his funny dialogues & expressions. In short role ‘Virasat Sandhu’ is strictly ok. Anita Devgan you can say her female ‘Yograj Singh’ of punjabi film industry. She keeps engaged audience while she`s on screen. In supporting roles ‘ Madhu Sehajpal ‘ & ‘ Raj Dhaliwal ‘ are decent.
Nothing much to do for ‘Karamjit Anmol’ in movie as well as for ‘Shivendra Mahal’.
Music – Music of the film has all colors, it has foot tapping number ‘Boli chak sohneya’, Romantic song ‘ Happy Happy’ , Sad number Chad k nai gayi’. Background by ‘Salil Amrute’ lifts the movie.
