From a week, Punjab is suffering alot from all the protests going on over the sacrilege of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Everyone is condemning this act. And it became the biggest issue of the country or even outside the country these days.
Not only Sikh community, even Hindus, Muslims and people of other religions reacts on this and stands by the side
of Sikhs.
Celebrities of Punjabi industry also decry this incident on social media. They show their concern and stands with the general public to protest and to request the government to do justice as fast as possible.
Stars like Gurdas Maan, Jasbir Jassi, Babbu Maan, Preet Harpal, Rupinder Handa, Inderjit Nikku, Sharry Mann, Ranjit Bawa, Diljit Dosanjh, Ammy Virk, Jassi Jasraj and many other celebs condemn this.
Diljit Dosanjh said through his Facebook fan page, “Dhan Dhan Sahib Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji na sirf Sikhaan layi Balki saari Manukhta layi chaanan da sarot ne Guru Granth Sahib Ji Di Beadbi Har uss Peer Paigambar Guru di beadbi hai jissne iss dharti nu paak banaya hai. Eh Satt saadi sabdi saanjhi satt hai. Main enna syaana nai Par enni gall zaroor samjhda haan k Eh paap karan waale lok aman te shaanti bhang karan di neet naal ajeha kar rahe Han. Waheguru… Guru Maharaj Aap Hee Kirpa Karn .. Aap Hee Insaaf Karn”.
