First ever FICCI-NICE ( North India Convention on Entertainment ) to held on 19 th December, 2017 at Hotel Taj Chandigarh

FICCI conceived the idea of organizing a convention for developing an action plan for sustainable growth of the Regional Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry by promoting dialogue between the policy makers, Industry and government. Viewed in the above perspective, FICCI – North India Convention on Entertainment (FICCI-NICE) is
a platform to support various bilateral initiatives. A focused session including various national and international agencies promoting the M & E industry and clearing the roadblocks to extend the M & E business is planned during the convention.

The CONVENTION
FICCI conceived the idea of organizing a Convention for developing an action plan for sustainable growth of the Regional entertainment Industry by promoting dialogue between the policy makers, Industry and government. Viewed in the above perspective, FICCI-North India Convention on Entertainment (FICCI-NICE) is a platform to support the various bilateral initiatives. A focused session including various national and international agencies promoting the entertainment industry and clearing the roadblocks to extend the media & entertainment
business is planned during the Convention.

FICCI is holding a Convention on the growth opportunities/ barriers/ recommendations on Regional entertainment Industry with the following objectives in mind:-

1. To through light on the current requirement and suggestion on Creative Content,
Events & Entertainment Policy.
2. To instigate the way forward Enabling Film Tourism within and outside the country.
3. Find the path way on the issues of Media & Entertainment Skilling Challenge by the
industry leaders.
4. To deliberate the idea of Creative Media & Entertainment Entrepreneurship
possibilities.

FICCI-NICE will provide a progressive platform for Film & Television industry, which is much required as our F & T industry is going through development stage.

Eminent speakers (Mr. Asish Kulkarni,  Mr. Munish Sahni , Mr. Mohit Soni, Mr. Stephen Mascarenhas, Mr. Rajeev Sharma,  Ms. Kiran Joneja Sippy, Mr. Jaivi Dhanda,  & Dr. Navdeep Kaur) from the national and regional entertainment industry to express their seriousness in leading the regional entertainment media & entertainment industry to further progress with ying-colours.
